How to start a return

• Open Your Orders in your Amazon account.
• Select the Coolhill fan and choose Return or replace items.
• Pick a reason and your preferred refund or replacement, then follow the prompts.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Amazon issues the refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
